These 5 search tools have been added to the <a href="https://tools.searchitup.us/">toolbox</a>. Search on!</p><h2><a href="https://redditle.com/">Redditle</a></h2><p><em>Reddittle</em> is a search engine by <a href="https://twitter.com/sweekiat_lim?lang=en">Swee Kiat Lim</a> that only searches Reddit.com. Add the prefix <strong>r/&lt;subreddit&gt;</strong> for a specific subreddit. Here are searches for <a href="https://redditle.com/search?q=machine%2520learning">machine learning</a> and <a href="https://redditle.com/search?q=ChatGPT">ChatGPT</a>. </p><h2><a href="https://pimeyes.com/en">PimEyes</a></h2><p><em>PimEyes</em> is a paid-for service that searches for faces on the internet. $30 dollars a month, you can try <em>PimEyes</em> for free. More from the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2022/05/26/technology/pimeyes-facial-recognition-search.html">New York Times</a>.</p><h2><a href="https://www.oldestsearch.com">Oldest Search</a></h2><p><em>Oldest Search</em> reverse-orders all Google search results so that you see the oldest web pages first. Two other approaches that I use, include i) <a href="https://archive.org/web">WayBackMachine</a> and ii) Google Search using the search operator [ <a href="https://developers.google.com/search/docs/monitor-debug/search-operators/web-search-cache">cache</a>: ].</p><h2><a href="https://searchatlas.org/">Search Atlas</a> </h2><p>In private beta, <em>Search Atlas</em> makes it easy to see how Google provides different responses to the same query in different parts of the world. It displays 3 sets of links&#8212;or images&#8212;from different countries for any search. This would be an excellent tool for educators. Let&#8217;s hope that it comes out of private beta.</p><h2><a href="https://andisearch.com/">Andi Search</a></h2><p>Andi is an intelligent AI search assistant that uses natural language input and a chatbot interface to answer specific questions and gives direct answers where possible. Try Andi Search if you&#8217;re looking for specific information about a subject or place.</p><div class="subscription-widget-wrap-editor" data-attrs="{&quot;url&quot;:&quot;https://www.searchitup.us/subscribe?&quot;,&quot;text&quot;:&quot;Subscribe&quot;,&quot;language&quot;:&quot;en&quot;}" data-component-name="SubscribeWidgetToDOM"><div class="subscription-widget show-subscribe"><div class="preamble"><p class="cta-caption">Thanks for reading Search It Up!! Similar to <a href="https://scholar.google.com/">Google Scholar</a>, Internet Archive Scholar includes &gt;25 million research articles and other scholarly documents preserved in the <em>Internet Archive, </em>from digitized copies of 18th-century journals to the latest Open Access conference proceedings and pre-prints crawled from the Web. Start from the <a href="https://scholar.archive.org/help">User Guide</a> where you will find search examples and search operators.</p><h2>New Search Engines</h2><p>I joined the beta of the ad-free search engine <a href="https://neeva.com/">Neeva</a>. Search engine <a href="https://search.brave.com/">Brave</a> is also in public Beta. Both focus on user privacy. Take a look at DuckDuckGo's <a href="https://duckduckgo.com/traffic">traffic</a>. Capturing Google's market share is no easy task. Plenty of startups are lining up.</p><h2>Search Your Browser Tabs</h2><p>It's normal to have dozens of open web browser tabs after skimming through newsletters or RSS feeds. Did you know that web browser <em>tab searching</em> is built right into Chrome? Google search scientist Dan Russell show's us <a href="https://searchresearch1.blogspot.com/2021/03/pro-tip-how-to-search-your-tabs.html">how</a> (<em>Tip: </em>Shift &#8679;<em> + </em>Command
